Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a form of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where very fine, sterile, single use needles are placed in specific spots on the body called acupoints. Acupoints are located along the meridians of the body. Acupuncture is most commonly used to treat digestive disorders, promote fertility, support mental health, calm the nervous system and relieve pain, but it can be used to treat an array of other illnesses and boost overall health.

Gua Sha

Gua sha is a healing technique which involves scraping the skin with a smooth-edged tool. It is used to move stagnant qi and blood which promotes circulation and relieves inflammation. It is most often used to treat muscle pain, stress, tension and colds.
